HMS Wills makes will-writing simple for you and gives you great value for your money.
You can get complete peace of mind for yourself and your family with a solicitor-drafted bespoke Will
from only £95.
Our charges are simple, straightforward and very reasonable:
- £95 – single will
- £165 – mirror wills
If you need a Trust – eg to protect a life insurance policy form unnecessary tax liabilities, we make this cost-effective and easy for you:
- £100 for a straightforward first trust – single Will (if any)
- £50 for subsequent straightforward single Will trusts or mirror Will trusts (if any)
If your estate is more complex and requires specialist advice we would be delighted to provide you with a bespoke great value quotation.
As you know 50% of our fees go to your favourite charity – so you can do something really good for others whilst protecting your family. If you use Gift Aid this can rise to 64% to give the charity even more help.
